After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming your order details. This does not constitute an acceptance of your order, which occurs once the payment is processed and the product is shipped. We currently accept payment via PayFast (www.payfast.io). Payment must be received and cleared before any products are shipped. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary, depending on your location and the shipping method selected. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by third party shipping providers or unforeseen circumstances. We currently do not ship to locations outside of South Africa's borders. However, if you purchase BrollyGuard in other regions or countries, you are responsible for any customs fees, taxes or import duties that may apply. - Product Use and Safety

The purchaser is solely responsible for checking the legal status of pepper spray in their location prior to purchase.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrollyGuard disclaims any liability for damages resulting from the misuse, mishandling, or improper use of pepper spray and other self-defense products sold on this website. Specifically, the following are prohibited: Using pepper sprays or other self-defense products for anything other than self-defense. Exporting or selling the product in violation of any local, state, or national laws, including those regarding the legality of pepper spray in certain regions. - Limitation of Liability
